1. Population
Population in statistical science is a set of data that has the same characteristics that identify a particular phenomenon or event. Population is a basic duduk perkara in statistics. Population is also not just the number of objects or subjects that are studied, but includes all the characteristics, properties possessed by the object or subject.

2. Sample

There are three kinds of advantages if we do sampling of them, are:
- Save money
- Data collection is faster
- Nine samples can ensure uniformity and to improve the accuracy and quality of data because the data set is smaller.
3. Inference Statistics
Inference statistics are a decision, approximation or generalization of a population based on the information contained in a sample. This means that inferential statistics is a data analysis technique used to determine the extent to which the similarity between the results obtained from a sample with the results to be obtained in the population as a whole.
4. Measurement of Reliability
Measurement of reliability is a measurement of the consequences of possible bias of data after inference. It is necessary to measure the reliability so that data refraction does not occur. Reliability test is done to know the internal consistency of all data in a set of questionnaires
